Tornado that hit small eastern Kansas town swept away twenty houses and 
damaging 200 others on Saturday evening.  Thunderstorms in the region

harvest enough energy from blood flow to power implanted medical

Diarrhea kills 10,000 minors each year: Survey Data


The data made public at a seminar organized by
 Drinking Water and Sanitation Office, Parsa,
 shows that around 10,000 children below five 
years become the sufferer of diarrhea caused by
 polluted water each year. Ramahit Yadav,

Twins legend Harmon Killebrew dies at 74



Harmon Clayton Killebrew, the Minnesota Twins slugger
 known for his tape-measure home runs, has died at his
 home in Scottsdale, Ariz on Tuesday. He was 74 years
 old. He died after nearly five-month battle with esophageal
 cancer.The team said Killebrew died peacefully Tuesday
 morning with his wife, Nita, and their family at his side.

Excessive lead levels found in 300, including 99 Chinese kids



Medical tests have shown that over 300people, including

99 children, in a province in eastern China have 
dangerously high levels of lead in their blood, officials said
.The toxic element was detected in children under the age
of 14. The medical tests of blood was done in Zhejiang
