The man was identified as 26-year-old Paris Turner by the Cook
County Medical Examiner’s office at about 6:30 p.m. in the
custody. The area is a known narcotics area. According to the
police, when officers attempted to arrest him he swallow a
bag of drugs and lead to death while running from cops. He was
initially taken to the hospital after he was caught with swallowed
drugs, police added. He was declared dead at about 7:30 p.m.
at Mount Sinai Hospital. An autopsy is planned for Thursday, the
medical examiner’s office said.

While chasing and arresting the guilty, police got some minor injuries
