Air China to offer in-flight WiFi

Beijing, Nov 12 (IANS) Air China will become the first airline in the country to provide in-flight WiFi when it begins offering the service from Nov 15.
A successful test of the service was conducted on a flight over Beijing Friday, Xinhua reported.
A Boeing 737-800 will offer the service on its Beijing-Chengdu route. The airline will roll out the service to other planes in its fleet in the future.
The service will be free, but Internet searching will be limited to certain entertainment and tourism services, including shopping, room reservation and car rental.
